Players Edge

Club Teams

We are teachers first, developing young athletes through sports to teach life skills, morals, values, sportsmanship, respect and teamwork.  Developing players one at a time to reach the next level.

Players Edge Baseball is a high level program that stresses player development through hard work and dedication. Informing, Instructing and Inspiring our youth athletes by using current science based information is our mission.  Bio-mechanics, Functional Strength, Mental Emotional and Nutritional training is our teaching foundation.  We focus on the process and preparation to compete .  This program is about developing young athletes who take ownership of the process.  When players put in the work, results will follow.  Players Edge coaches are always monitoring a players arm-care and health.   We will never try to win a game at the cost of a young players health.

Mentoring a child and making a difference in their life comes first.   All Players Edge coaches are trained by National Pitching Association Northwest Director Mike Fetko.

Our year round training program consists of three sessions, winter, summer and fall.  Club teams are created from the summer, fall and winter training sessions.

Space is very limited for each age group.

Travel outside the state will be by invitation and will be based on merit, development, attitude and effort.  The 10U A team will only travel outside if we feel the team is developed enough to compete.  Our travel teams typically have trips out of state to Washington, Oregon, Nebraska, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, Florida and California.  Our 12U to 18U will travel more for exposure and experience to help find the right College to play for.

If you are interested in coaching with us, please send an e-mail or call Mike Fetko.  Mike provides all the coaches training including mental and emotional, bio-mechanical, functional strength & nutritional.  Coaches must follow training methods and protocols provided in order to be considered a Players Edge coach.

Workouts are typically 3 1/2 to 5 hours per week, 2 days/week depending on age.   We encourage players to be multi-sport athletes and understand there might be conflicts with the schedule.  Should players miss time they are encouraged to come to other workouts regardless of age that work for the family.  All Coaches are trained using the same protocols for all levels.

Players in our program receive unlimited video motion analysis for fielding, throwing, pitching and hitting for the current enrolled session only at no additional cost.  Players also receive 40% discount for any private one on one lessons.
